- Yes. Our support page includes a community forum. You can register for free to post support questions or provide suggestions.
- How many users can contribute?
- As many as you want. You can restrict access the module via page or module security. Anyone with access to the page/module can collaborate.
- Is the source code available?
- Source code is not available at this time.
- How many websites can I install TribalHut CRM in?
- The TribalHut CRM License allows you to use the module in a single website or portal. Additional licenses can be purchase by contacting support.
- Is TribalHut CRM difficult to configure?
- No. Just install, drop on a page and you are ready to go. No settings to configure. Things like tags, categories and security is all done inline; add as you go.
- Do I get any upgrades or bug fixes?
- With your purchase you will get all minor releases and bug fixes for 12 month and any major releases (point releases) for 6 months for the package you purchased (i.e. Core, Core+Deals, Core+Deals+Projects).
- How often do I have to buy TribalHut again?
- If you support period has expired and you want a newer version you would need to purchase the current version of the module. If you are still in your support period and we release a new package for example a help desk package you would need to upgrade to that package (Core+Deals+Projects+Help Desk). But in this case the price would be discounted to an upgrade price.
